Beyond coaching, Neil enjoys life in Fife, Scotland, with his young family. An advocate of fitness and longevity, Neil has competed in various endurance events including marathons and SwimRun races. He always starts his day with an invigorating cold plunge – a testament to his dedication to personal growth and wellbeing.

For the last 8 years Neil has worked for Insights Learning and Development as a coach, facilitator, and trainer. During this time Neil has been lead consultant on a wide range of organisational programmes.

While most of his work is based in the UK some of the programmes mentioned have taken Neil to Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United States. Neil is committed to the development of others and to upholding high standards throughout his work.
