Neil Easton — Owner, Arc
I started Arc because I've lived the moments it's designed for.
The realisation that something needs to change. The gap between knowing that and actually doing it. The conversations that finally helped me move.
I'm a coach who works with people who are ready to close that gap — whether that's leading more effectively, recovering from burnout, navigating a career that doesn't quite fit, or making sense of a mind that works differently.
My style is direct, warm, and occasionally funny. I don't tell you what to do. I ask the questions that help you figure it out — and I create a space where you can think honestly without being judged for it.
I live in Fife, Scotland with my young family. I swim in cold water most mornings, run long distances when I can, and genuinely believe that discomfort — chosen carefully — is one of the best teachers there is.
That probably tells you something about how I coach.
For the last ten years I've worked for Insights Learning and Development — as a coach, facilitator, and lead consultant on organisational programmes across the UK, and in Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the United States.
That work has taken me into boardrooms, leadership conferences, and some genuinely difficult organisational moments. It's taught me a lot about how people lead under pressure — and what gets in the way.
Arc is where I bring all of that together.
